Week 2 2025: Updates to notes, bulk actions & product archiving
We’re kicking off the second week of January with updates that make managing your inventory and accessing external information in Booqable even easier. Here’s what’s new:
Clickable links in notes
Links added to notes are now clickable! Quickly access important websites or external files directly from Booqable–no more copy-pasting URLs.
Bulk operations now in reports
Bulk operations have moved to the Reports section for a more organized experience. Here, you can:
- Monitor background tasks in real-time
- View completed bulk operations
- Download bulk-generated PDF documents, such as invoices, packing slips, quotes, or contracts
- Review errors or skipped bulk actions
Bulk archiving for products
You can now archive multiple products in one go, making it faster to keep your inventory organized and up-to-date.
Other improvements and fixes
- Resolved random page breaks when previewing PDFs.
- Fixed an issue where some customers didn’t receive password change emails.
