Week 43 2025: Meet the new Booking Page for instant online rentals
The Booking Page is a ready-made online store that automatically displays your products, collections, and product details. Add your inventory to Booqable, and you’re ready to share your page or link it from your website, no setup or customization needed.
It gives your customers an instant way to browse and book your rentals online. The Booking Page is an additional option for taking online bookings, next to our Website Builder and Website Integrations (with embeddable components), giving you multiple ways to set up online rentals that fit your business.
We’ve also refreshed the Online Bookings section in your settings, making it clearer which setup you’re using.
New additions and updates

Added a new Help Center article: How Booqable handles tax rounding.

Replaced the Delete action for tax profiles with Archive to prevent accidental data loss.

Archived profiles stay visible for past orders, are excluded from new ones, and are clearly labeled (for example: “Profile name (archived)”).

You can now filter products and customers by tax profile for easier management.

Clicking “Load more” in collections now loads up to 100 products at once (previously 15).
Fixes and improvements

The “Try again” link shown when fetching delivery rates fails is now clickable. It refreshes the page and appears clearly as a hyperlink.

Fixed an issue where searching by barcode number didn’t return results in product search.

Fixed an issue where items added to orders through the API didn’t preserve their original sequence. Items now appear in the same order as in the request.

Fixed an issue where buffer times were not taken into account in the availability calendar. Dates that overlap with buffer times now correctly appear as unavailable.
